Randie Minovitz

Randie Minovitz, RN has over 20 years of experience in risk management and patient safety. Randie has served in various roles in different healthcare organizations. From 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Clinical Supervisor at Southern California Orthopedic Institute, where they provided risk management and patient safety for a large group and supervised clinical employees. From 2000 to 2005, they worked for Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc., first as a Risk Management Representative, traveling throughout Southern California to review physician practices, and then as the Manager of Member Peer Review & Education, overseeing physician peer review and education programs. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Director of Risk Management for USC Care Physician Medical Group, assisting physicians with medical malpractice investigations and litigation. In 2015, they were the Risk Management specialist at St. Vincent Medical Center and later joined PIH Health as the Director of Ambulatory Risk Management.

Randie Minovitz, RN, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Adelphi University, where they studied nursing from 1971 to 1974.
