Daniel Pelak has extensive experience in the mental health and educational fields, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at New Mexico Highlands University since August 2021. In addition, Daniel has held positions at Presbyterian Medical Services since August 2016, where responsibilities include both Clinical Administrator and Family and Behavioral Health Supervisor roles. Previously, Daniel worked as a SSS Counselor/Mentor Coordinator for Trio Student Success from August 2015 to August 2016, as well as a Graduate Assistant for Talent Search Programs between December 2012 and July 2015. Earlier experience includes the role of Mental Health Professional at Horizon Rehabilitation and Mental Health Therapist at Southeast Mental Health, where notable achievements included exceeding therapy session requirements significantly. Daniel's educational background includes a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Louisiana Monroe, along with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University.
