Bethanie Constant

Bethanie Constant, CFRE, currently serves as Vice President of Resource Development at Presbyterian Senior Living since February 2025. Previously, Bethanie held several key positions at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge, including Vice President of Mission Advancement and Vice President of Development, from June 2021 to February 2025. Additional roles include Vice President of Advancement at Marymount University from May 2020 to June 2021, and a series of advancement-related positions at Virginia Commonwealth University from February 2012 to April 2020. Bethanie began the professional journey as Development Manager at UMFS and has experience in education and event coordination from Junior Achievement of Central Virginia, Inc. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Gerontology, progressing at Virginia Commonwealth University (2022-2025), and a B.S. in History from Lander University (1999-2002), along with various certificates in fundraising, development, and management.
