Jess Osborne has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Operations Manager at Presbyterian Support Northern since January 2006, with previous roles including Area Manager and Service Coordinator. Prior to this, Jess worked at Blue Care from May 2001 to December 2005, holding positions as Community Care Coordinator and Community Nurse. Educational background includes studies at Auckland University of Technology.

Over 1000 PSN staff deliver our much-valued services from 25 sites throughout the upper North Island from Taupō to Whangārei. As a large charitable service provider and faith-based organisation with a proud 135-year heritage, we have a strong sense of social mission, and facilitate innovative, community-level initiatives at the grassroots. We also provide social enterprise services, including Lifeline Connect and Shine Family Violence Education Services, that provide external training and consultancy to corporate and community organisations.
