Ludmila Rodriguez (Mila)

Ludmila (Mila) Rodriguez has extensive experience in the field of rostering and care services, currently holding the positions of Care Staff Team Leader South and Rostering Supervisor at Co.As.It. Community Services since August 2018, alongside a role as Rostering Officer with PresCare since October 2013. Previously, Ludmila served as a Rostering Coordinator at Just Better Care from July 2011 to July 2013. Educationally, Ludmila obtained a degree in Early Childhood Education from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela from 1985 to 1990.
