Maria Rao

Maria Rao is an experienced education project manager currently with Preschool Promise, Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Maria served as Managing Director at Chally from September 2020 to September 2023, where Maria utilized expertise in assessments and talent management to support clients in optimizing workforce resources. Maria also held various positions at Chally, including Business Operations Manager, where essential sales and marketing functions were managed to enhance productivity. With a background at GrowthPlay as Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, Maria was integral in improving sales force performance. Additional experience includes roles at Chally Group Worldwide, Miami Valley Literacy Council, and Lifetouch. Maria earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Dayton in 2006.
