Robyn Lightcap

Robyn Lightcap is an experienced executive leader in early childhood education and community development. Currently serving as Executive Director at Preschool Promise since December 2016, Robyn has previously held the role of Executive Director at Learn to Earn Dayton from July 2016 to October 2021. Prior to that, Robyn was the Director at ReadySetSoar from December 2008 to June 2016, where focus was on enhancing early care and education in the Dayton Region. Robyn's earlier career includes positions as Program Manager at Evenflo Company, Inc., Project Manager and Director of Event Services at Willow Creek Community Church, and Consultant at IBM. Robyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Wake Forest University, which was completed in May 1995.
