Caroline Paranikas

Caroline Paranikas serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Prescient Security and is a Founding Member of The L Suite (TechGC). In addition, Caroline is an Advisor at KUDO, having previously held roles as General Counsel, Chief People Officer, and Company Secretary, as well as General Counsel, Head of People, and Corporate Secretary at the same organization. Prior to KUDO, Caroline was Associate General Counsel at JLL and served as Global Chief M&A Counsel and Senior Director, along with acting as Chief M&A Counsel for the Americas through Axiom's secondment at Jones Lang LaSalle. Caroline completed an LL.M in Law at Harvard Law School and holds a DESS-Magistere-DJCE (JD and Masters in corporate and tax law) from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
