Vince Canino

Vince Canino is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Account Lead at Prescient Solutions since October 2016. In this role, Vince transitioned clients to IT services, monitored core server infrastructure in the Public Cloud, and managed multiple networks nationwide. Responsibilities included addressing a wide range of IT issues, implementing proactive alerting systems, investigating security incidents, and collaborating with various departments. Vince also served as an IT Consultant - HelpDesk Engineer, where tasks involved maintaining ticketing systems, administering Office 365 and Active Directory, and supporting employee onboarding/offboarding processes. Prior to this, Vince worked at Granite City Food & Brewery from April 2012 to September 2016 as a Busser/Barback and earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Saint Xavier University in 2016.
