Miheer Deshpande began their work experience in 2019 as a Project Trainee at Hindustan Zinc. During this time, they were involved in projects such as Breakdown Analysis of Heavy Earth Moving Machines. In 2020, they joined Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Ltd. as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and later became an Aera Service Manager. MIHEER worked in this role until July 2022. From 2017 to 2020, Miheer also held various roles at NIT Raipur MotoSports, including Advisory Head, Steering Head, and Suspension Head. Most recently, they joined Prescient Technologies as a Software Engineer in April 2023.
Miheer Deshpande began their education at Gandhi City Public School in Wardha, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from 2004 to 2014. Following this, they attended Yeshwant Mahavidyalaya in Wardha from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC). After completing their HSC, Miheer pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Raipur from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are enrolled at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), where they are pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Information Technology, starting from the year 2022.
