Kelly Hicks Edwards has over a decade of experience in human resources. Kelly currently serves as the Chief People Officer for both Prescott Group and Dyck-O'Neal, a debt servicing and restructuring vehicle for the firm. In this role, they are responsible for internal communication, talent acquisition, and corporate culture. Prior to joining Prescott Group, Kelly held key HR positions at Zoes Kitchen, Cheddar's Casual Cafe, La Madeleine, and 24 Hour Fitness.
Kelly Hicks Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Business from Texas A&M University.
