Rachell Fauble

Rachell Fauble, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Prescott Group since October 2021. Rachell's previous experience includes a role as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Western Governors University from April 2022 to March 2023 and a decade-long tenure at RGS Financial, Inc., where Rachell held various positions including AVP of Human Resources, HR & Benefits Manager, Client Services Manager, and Collector/Administrative Assistant. Rachell holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, both obtained from Western Governors University.
