With over a decade of experience in operations leadership and strategy, Andres has held various senior roles, including Director of Global Operations at 2U and Operations Consultant at Wingspans. They have a solid track record in managing complex projects, overseeing large teams, and facilitating cross-functional initiatives across diverse organizations. Currently, Andres is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media and Film at Towson University and a Master of Business Administration in Legal Studies at American University.
