Munyaradzi Makombe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program support and administration across various organizations. Currently serving as a Program Support Officer at Presencing Institute since August 2022, Munyaradzi is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing payment requests, ensuring document accuracy, and preparing budget monitoring reports. Prior to this role, Munyaradzi worked as a Program Administrator at the Institute for Security Studies, overseeing procurement functions and budget monitoring. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Administrator for Médecins Sans Frontières, providing administrative support to governance structures, and as an Administrator for the Zimbabwe Union of Journalists, managing communications and reporting activities. Munyaradzi holds a degree in International Relations from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management at MANCOSA.

Presencing Institute
The Presencing Institute (PI) is a global action research community that applies Theory U to societal transformation by shifting the social field from ego-system to eco-system awareness. The presencing process is a journey that connects us more deeply both to what wants to emerge in the world and to our highest future possibility—our emerging authentic self. The PI community focuses on refining and co-creating the presencing technology and making it available to change makers, innovators, and communities around the world. We work together on a variety of projects and offer capacity-building programs through inexpensive Global Classroom sessions (twice a year) as well as through 3-4 day Presencing Foundation Programs in North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America. We work towards creating a Global Action Research University that addresses the root causes of the current economic, ecological, social and spiritual crisis.
