Kris A. Landry

Kris A. Landry, Senior Vice President of Operations and Facilities, joined PMI in 2009 and oversees New England and the West portfolio.
In her 12 years with the company, Kris has supervised a portfolio ranging in various compliance programming, including HUD, 236, 202, LIHTC, RD, Conventional and Commercial. With over 18 years of property management experience, Kris has implemented measures to ensure success in meeting individual, team, and property performance goals relating to all operations areas.
Prior to joining PMI, Kris worked in public housing and before that worked for a local non-profit organization overseeing their HUD portfolio in the State of Maine.
Kris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine.
