Cory Fellows

Cory Fellows has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and asset management. Starting as a Senior Acquisitions Manager at the Northern New England Housing Investment Fund in 2004, they advanced to roles such as Development Director at The Eagle Point Companies, Vice President at The Wishcamper Companies, Inc., and currently serves as Vice President for Real Estate at Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. Throughout their career, Cory has demonstrated expertise in acquisition analysis, financial structuring, regulatory approvals, and project execution for affordable and mixed-income multifamily properties.

Cory Fellows completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Russian Studies at Colgate University from 1990 to 1994. They then pursued a Master's degree in City Planning at Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1999.
