Cynthia Anglin, M.A., MHP, is a seasoned professional in community impact and youth development with extensive experience in program coordination and psychological support. Currently, as the Senior Community Impact Coordinator at Preservation of Affordable Housing, Cynthia has developed over 15 proposals for youth leadership programming and manages an Arts Program for youth aged 7-16. In addition, as a Coach and Coordination Specialist at HEALING EMPOWERING & LEARNING PROFESSIONALS LLC, Cynthia collaborates with youth to establish academic and behavioral goals, achieving a success rate exceeding 90%. Previously, as the Director of Economic Empowerment Services at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, Cynthia successfully recruited pilot members and revamped marketing strategies, resulting in a 90% increase in membership.
