Donna Menefee has served as a Financial Assistant at Preservation of Affordable Housing since November 2007, overseeing daily operations such as deposits, reconciliations, and financial processes. Previous roles include Bookkeeper and Staff Assistant, where responsibilities involved supporting staff with requisitions and office management. Prior to this, Donna worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Delta Airlines from March 2001 to April 2020, handling passenger ticketing and baggage claims. Donna's experience also includes serving as a Legal Secretary at Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, LLP, where duties encompassed document preparation and scheduling for the Senior Partner. Donna holds a Certified Graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Burdett Hill Group, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations.
