Evan Watson

Evan Watson is an accomplished design and construction project manager with extensive experience across various sectors, including affordable housing, life sciences, and education. Currently serving as the Design & Construction Project Manager at Preservation of Affordable Housing since March 2022, Evan has previously held roles such as Development Manager at McLaurin Development and Project Manager at Project Management Advisors, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing project phases, contract negotiation, and value engineering. Also experienced in academia, Evan served as an Adjunct Professor at Triton College, teaching architecture and construction. With a strong foundation in project management gained from earlier positions at firms like FitzGerald and Von Weise Associates, along with a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Tuskegee University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, respectively, Evan combines practical experience with academic expertise to drive successful project outcomes.
