Fatima Benhaddou

Fatima Benhaddou is an experienced project manager with a strong background in real estate development and community revitalization. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Preservation of Affordable Housing, Fatima has previously held roles such as Owner's Representative at IFF and Neighborhood Development Consultant at Metcalfe Park Community Bridges Inc., focusing on affordable housing initiatives. Fatima managed various development projects, including multi-family and mixed-use constructions, while at Heartland Alliance and served as Housing Rehabilitation Manager for the City of Milwaukee. With expertise in community capacity building through positions at the Building Neighborhood Capacity Program and the Dominican Center for Women, Fatima combines technical knowledge in architecture with a commitment to enhancing urban environments. Educational credentials include a Master of Architecture and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
