Guillermo Tejerina Rodriguez has a diverse work experience, starting as a PM / PO / Tech lead at Andago, where they managed projects and built strong client relationships. Guillermo then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ALEF, improving procedures and developing web applications. At Abcam, they held roles ranging from UI Software Engineer to Lead UI Software Engineer, focusing on e-commerce website development and user experience. Currently, they are a Senior Engineer Lead at Preservica, where they lead a team of Front-end engineers in transforming backend teams and creating high-quality user interfaces.
