Wendy Goodier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and technical success. Currently serving as a Technical Success Manager and Product Owner at Preservica since October 2017, Wendy previously held the position of Senior Client Solutions Lead at MaritzCX Europe, where key achievements included launching a global Customer Experience Programme. With a solid foundation in research, Wendy also served as Associate Director at Maritz Research, overseeing complex automotive CX tracking studies and ensuring compliance with ISO20252 standards. Additional experience spans roles at Maritz and Alcatel Vacuum Technology, complemented by a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
