Pam Bowman

Pam Bowman is an experienced public policy professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Public Lands Policy at the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a position held since 2016. Bowman's background includes prior roles such as Director of Government Relations at Independent Sector and Legislative Assistant both in the U.S. House of Representatives. Additionally, Bowman was the Legislative and Research Director for School of the Americas Watch and has contributed as a Senior Public Policy Debate Instructor and Researcher at George Mason University. Educationally, Bowman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning, Geography, and the Environment from The University of Texas at Austin and completed a fellowship in Environmental Studies at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School in 2022.
