Roberta Franca

Roberta Franca has extensive experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant, having worked for multiple aviation companies including ACI Jet, Presidential Aviation, Chicago Jet Group, and STA Jets. Throughout their career, they have operated on various aircraft models such as GIV, GV, G550, G650, Global XRS/6000, Falcon 7x/8x/900/2000, Hawker, Challenger, and Learjet. Roberta is available for freelance or permanent positions with both part 135 and part 91 privately owned aircraft.

In addition to their flight attendant roles, Roberta has also held positions in the aviation industry outside of cabin service. Roberta served as a Parts & Aircraft Sales Manager at RCS Aviation LLC from 2015 to 2020, where they were responsible for inventory management, cost control, and customer service. Prior to that, they worked as a Flight Operations/Coordinator at Aerostar - Air Charter Broker, overseeing flight records, navigation, and ground crew assistance.

Roberta began their career as a VIP Flight Attendant in Brazil at Aerostar - Air Charter Broker in 2011, where they focused on delivering high-end service, organizing aircraft interiors, managing inventory, and assisting with catering orders and purchasing.

More recently, they have expanded their skill set by becoming a Private Pilot at Endeavor Flight, starting in 2021.

Roberta Franca completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from UNIT - Tiradentes University, studying from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic education, they have obtained several certifications. In March 2022, they completed Inflight Service Training for various aircraft models such as GIV, GV, G550, G650, Global XRS/6000, Falcon 7x, 8x, 900/2000, Challenger, Hawker & Learjet, through Aircare FACTS Training. In August 2021, they received COVID-19 Training from eFoodHandlers. Roberta also holds the Certified in Comprehensive Food Safety (CCFS) certification from eFoodHandlers, obtained in January 2022. Furthermore, they have completed Private Pilot Training at Endeavor Flight School, Miami, FL, USA, in October 2019. Lastly, in March 2011, they completed Flight Attendant Training provided by CFA Civil Aviation in Salvador, Brazil, accredited by The International Civil Aviation Organization.
