Doug Smith has over three decades of experience in the banking and mortgage industry, currently serving as Branch Manager at Presidential Bank since November 2009. Prior to this role, Doug managed branches at National City Mortgage/PNC from 1996 to 2009 and at Ryland Mortgage from December 1991 to November 1996. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Shepherd University, which was completed in 1975.
