Terry Kernan

Terry Kernan has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Terry started their career at First Bank Mortgage in 1998 as a Vice President, where they co-founded the company and played a key role in developing it into one of the top mortgage lenders in Frederick County, MD. During their time there, they also initiated a Construction-Permanent financing program. In 1999, Terry joined Presidential Bank as a Branch Manager/Vice President, where they successfully managed the Frederick, MD office and supervised a team of 10 Loan Officers specializing in various residential loan transactions.

Terry Kernan completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Frostburg State University, attending from 1980 to 1984. Prior to that, between 1976 and 1980, Terry attended Robert E. Peary, although no degree or field of study information is provided.
