Garrett Walton

Garrett Walton is currently the Design & Construction Manager at Presidio Bay Ventures. Prior to this, Garrett worked at Maximus Real Estate Partners as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Garrett also gained experience at Architectural Glass & Aluminum and Kiewit as an Assistant Project Manager and Field Engineer Intern, respectively. Garrett's background includes pre-contract document review, material take-offs and procurement, coordination of manufacturing and installation, tracking project RFIs and submittals, issuing purchase orders, estimating project costs, managing construction sites, quality control, field engineering, and inventory management. Garrett holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.
