Justin Nicholls

Justin Nicholls currently serves as the Director of Resident Experience at Presidio Bay Ventures, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Justin was the General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton from October 2022 to May 2023 and held the title of Opening Dual General Manager for a Hilton dual brand hotel from April 2021 to September 2022. Justin's extensive hospitality management experience includes serving as General Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton, Opening General Manager at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, and General Manager at RLH Corporation's Red Lion-Bay Park Hotel. Earlier positions include Opening Assistant General Manager at Hampton Inn by Hilton and Lead Concierge at Bernardus Lodge & Spa. Justin Nicholls is pursuing a Masters of Management in Hospitality at Cornell University, building on a foundational education from San Diego State University.
