Sam White

Sam White is currently the Design & Construction Project Lead at Presidio Bay Ventures, overseeing development and redevelopment assets in the San Francisco Bay Area. With experience as a Senior Project Manager at AutoCamp, Sam managed luxury hotel development projects with budgets exceeding $75 million. Prior to that, as a Project Manager at Mesa Lane Partners, Sam worked on urban infill development and luxury resort projects. Sam also has experience in construction project analysis and environmental planning from roles at UCSB Facilities and Planning and Amec Foster Wheeler. Sam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
