Melissa Sterling, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Development at Presidio Knolls School, where significant contributions include a 55% increase in annual fund dollars raised and a 31% rise in individual giving levels, generating over $1 million annually. Prior experience includes the role of Advancement Officer/Engagement Manager at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, where Melissa developed and managed a multi-million dollar Parent Pledge Program. Additionally, Melissa enhanced digital marketing skills as a student at General Assembly and oversaw content strategy and advertising sales as Online Sales Manager at Extension Media for over a decade.
