Will Ulrich

Will has over 13 years of energy experience. Prior to co-founding Presidio, he was Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for Atlas Energy, a family of public and private upstream and midstream companies. Will helped grow the Atlas family of companies to an enterprise value of nearly $10 billion, generating close to $1 billion of EBITDA.

Over the course of his career, he has encountered all types of energy transactions, ranging from small land acquisitions to multi-billion dollar public mergers. He has directly done more than $20 billion of energy mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

He graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Economics.
