Allen Ancheta

Allen Ancheta has a diverse work experience in the financial and construction industry. Allen started their career at EDM Investments in 1995 as an Accounting Supervisor and Senior Financial Analyst, where they worked until 1998. Allen then joined Cushman Realty as a Manager of Real Estate Services and Senior Financial Analyst from 1998 to 2000. Allen then joined Myers Development Corporation as a Financial Manager and Senior Analyst from 2000 to 2002. After that, they worked at Catellus Development Corporation as a Senior Construction Analyst from 2002 to 2003. After that, Allen joined Federal Realty Investment Trust as a Financial Manager from 2003 to 2004. Currently, they are working at Presidio Trust as a Remediation Financial Analyst, a position they have held since April 2004.

Allen Ancheta attended Hanford High School from 1982 to 1986. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics/Economics at UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1986 to 1991.
