Daryl Ansel

Daryl Ansel is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Hospitality at Presidio Trust since August 2019. Prior roles include Executive Director of ASUC Student Union and Associate Dean of Students at UC Berkeley from July 2016 to August 2019, and Chief Operating Officer at The L.A. Kitchen from June 2015 to June 2016. Daryl has extensive experience in food service management, having held positions such as Director of Food Services at UCLA from April 2009 to May 2015, and CFO for both SBE Entertainment and Starr Restaurant Organization. Daryl’s career began at Grill Concepts, Inc. as CFO and included a role in Food Service Finance at Universal Studios Hollywood. Daryl holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
