Jennifer Lam has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental management and conservation. Jennifer currently works as an Infrastructure Management Analyst at the Presidio Trust, where they handle the management of infrastructure projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Land Planner at Transcon Environmental, providing technical support for the construction and maintenance of public utility systems. Jennifer also worked as a Natural Resources Specialist at the Bureau of Land Management, where they led and coordinated vegetation management and environmental impact projects. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Scientist at New York University, a Natural Resources Technician at the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, a Groundwork Team Member at Groundwork, and an Environmental Specialist at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Their roles in these positions involved various responsibilities such as outreach, water quality monitoring, wildlife monitoring, and environmental protection programs.
Jennifer Lam attended Kean University from 2012 to 2016, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology with a concentration on Environmental Science. In 2017 and 2018, they pursued a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at Pace University. In 2020, Jennifer enrolled at Laney College to study Engineering, and their education in this field is ongoing. Additionally, in December 2019, they obtained a certification in Computer Science from Harvard University.
