Bob Long

Bob Long is a highly experienced professional in the real estate development and construction management industries. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Presidio Vista Properties, Inc. since September 2021, Bob specializes in the development of luxury estate homes and multi-unit buildings, collaborating with top architects and designers. Prior to this role, Bob was a Development Manager at PARADIGM8 from July 2019 to September 2021, overseeing luxury spec home projects. Bob also has a background as the Owner of Alpine Management & Planning, where responsibilities included construction management and owner’s representation.
