Benjamin Beaulieu

Benjamin Beaulieu is an experienced IT and operations professional with a strong background in management and customer success. Currently serving as the IT Delivery Operations Manager at Presidio since August 2023, Benjamin previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Coretelligent from January to June 2023. Benjamin also spent several years at Presidio as Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included managing contract lifecycle and client onboarding processes. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Dish Network, overseeing a state-wide operation and a diverse team, and as Territory Manager at Cityside Management Corp, managing a large team while developing key performance indicators and reports. Benjamin holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, both from New England College.
