David Betancourt

David Betancourt is an experienced professional with a strong background in collaboration and managed services, currently serving as Collaboration Team Lead at Presidio since March 2013. In this role, David manages projects for a high-revenue client, focusing on process documentation and automation. Previous positions at Presidio include Managed Services Manager, where David facilitated a major transition of ticketing systems, and NOC Supervisor, responsible for maintaining service levels and nurturing relationships with technicians. Prior to Presidio, David worked at Sprint Nextel from January 2004 to May 2012 as both Senior Business Account Manager and Solutions Engineer, providing technical consultations and customer service for a substantial account base.
