Elliot Brecher

Elliot Brecher is currently the General Counsel at Presidio. Elliot has previously served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Amber Road from January 2013 to December 2015, and as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Insight Communications Company, Inc. from January 2000 to December 2012.

At Amber Road, Brecher was a member of the Senior Executive Management Team and was responsible for worldwide legal affairs, supporting all software subscriptions and licensing, contracts, M&A, corporate finance activities, litigation, and all corporate and regulatory governance and compliance, including SEC filings. Elliot also served as the corporate secretary and oversaw the Legal Department.

At Insight Communications, Brecher reported directly to the CEO and was a member of the executive management team that participated in all business strategic matters. Elliot was responsible for a variety of transactions, including financing and acquisition of cable systems in joint ventures with TCI, AT&T and Comcast, the going-private buyout led by The Carlyle Group and management, the split-up of 50-50 partnership with Comcast, and the recapitalization involving significant equity investment by PE firms Crestview and MidOcean. Elliot also oversaw the Legal and Internal Audit Departments and was responsible for SEC filings, regulatory compliance, contracts, transactions, litigation, and corporate governance.

Elliot Brecher has a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BS in Computer & Information Sciences from Brooklyn College.

Elliot Brecher reports to Bob Cagnazzi, President & CEO. They work with Greg Hedrick - Chief Information Security Officer, Robert Kim - VP, Technology Strategy, and Chris Barney - SVP, Strategic Business Development.
