Fred Elliott

Fred Elliott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contact center solutions and customer experience management. They served as a Managing Consultant at Presidio from 2021 to 2023, where they led a team of architects specializing in customer experience solutions. Prior to this, they held various roles at Presidio, including Presales Director and Consulting Director, focusing on collaboration and contact center solutions across the West Coast region. Fred's early career included positions at Idaho Commerce and Labor as an IT Resource Manager and at the Idaho Department of Administration as a Team Lead/Sr. Systems Integration Analyst. Fred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Boise State University, earned in 1997.
