Jorge Cisneros

Jorge Cisneros is a Senior Consulting Engineer at Presidio since May 2015, specializing in the design, implementation, and maintenance of voice networks on Cisco Unified Communications (UC) for various clients. Jorge has extensive experience in developing global dial plans, high availability solutions, and advanced Contact Center features, including skill-based call routing and IP interactive voice response designs. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Lead Consultant at Netsync Network Solutions, Network Engineer at The Broadleaf Group and Allegiant Systems, and Support Engineer at Getronics. Educational qualifications comprise training in Adtran routing and PBX systems from Houston Community College and Tadiran PBX school, respectively.
