Stephy Lima

Stephy Lima is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and sales support, currently serving as a Senior BPM Specialist at Presidio since July 2016. Stephy's expertise includes process documentation, new hire training, Cisco SMART account management, and order troubleshooting.
