Tiffany Grissette

Tiffany Grissette is an accomplished professional in customer experience management with extensive experience in driving customer success and adoption of software solutions. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Experience at Presidio since January 2019, Tiffany leads teams to develop and implement customer success practices. Previously, at Cisco, Tiffany held the role of Customer Success Manager where the focus was on fostering strategic customer relationships and ensuring the successful adoption of Cisco's software. Tiffany's earlier career includes significant roles at Oracle, where responsibilities centered on client retention and renewals, and at GoldenGate Software, where contributions spanned customer operations and revenue analysis. Tiffany holds a degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and graduated with a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree from Verde Valley School.
