Namita Shah

Namita Shah is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution and legal technology. As a co-founder of Presolv360 since June 2017, Namita has contributed to creating innovative, efficient alternatives to traditional dispute resolution systems. Additionally, Namita co-founded Legal Tech Asia and holds membership roles in several organizations, including the Young Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration and Namita Breaks the Law. Namita is actively involved with the Women Entrepreneurship Platform under NITI Aayog and provides mentorship through The Sedibus and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. A chartered accountant and legal expert, Namita holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Laws from Government Law College, Mumbai, and a CPA from AICPA. Namita's foundational education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics and high school education from Queen Mary.
