Katie Richardson

Katie Richardson is an experienced IT Specialist at Presque Isle Downs and Casino since May 2011, where responsibilities include assisting in the collection and removal of VLT cash drop boxes in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Prior to this role, Katie worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at SkyRocket Group, focusing on website design, layout creation for brochures and sales sheets, and e-mail template construction from July to December 2010. Earlier experience includes serving as a Receptionist at Professional Communications Messaging Service, INC, where duties involved answering phones, dispatching calls, and managing customer order information from September 2008 to January 2009. Katie holds an Associate degree in Multimedia Graphic Design from the Erie Institute of Technology, completed in 2010.
