Beth Heck has extensive work experience in client success and account management. Beth is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success at WellSky. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Press Ganey, where they held various positions including Vice President of Client Success and Vice President of Patient Experience Account Management. During their time at Press Ganey, Beth successfully managed and developed teams, implemented quality reporting systems, and restructured the Account Management department. Earlier in their career, Beth worked as an Enterprise Regional Service Manager and Enterprise Account Manager at Press Ganey. Before joining Press Ganey, they worked as a Marketing Manager at David Gomez & Associates.
Beth Heck earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Management from Saint Mary's College, which they attended from 1995 to 1999.
