Cassie Lamanti

Cassie Lamanti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and sales management. Currently serving as the Manager of Consumerism Enterprise Client Success at Press Ganey since November 2020, Cassie leads a team of 20 Enterprise Client Success Managers, focusing on client relationships and product adoption following the acquisition of Binary Fountain. Prior to this role, Cassie held various positions at Binary Fountain, including Team Lead, where responsibilities included client consulting and retention strategies. Experience also encompasses sales executive responsibilities at Kforce Inc., and customer-facing roles in orthodontics and retail with companies such as MAC Cosmetics and Michael Kors. Cassie holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Marketing from Northern Virginia Community College.
