Colleen Coyne

Colleen Coyne serves as the Managing Director and Regional Advisor for Patient Experience at Press Ganey since December 2017. With extensive experience in healthcare quality improvement, Colleen has held several key roles, including Senior Advisor for Patient & Family Experience at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Manager of Quality Improvement at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. Colleen's expertise spans patient satisfaction, data analysis, and innovative approaches to enhance clinical care coordination. In addition to healthcare roles, Colleen is a freelance photographer through CPEG Photography. Colleen holds a Master's degree in Health Administration with a focus on Informatics from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from the University of Pittsburgh.
