Erika Sparks

Erika Sparks has over a decade of experience in accounting and strategic consulting operations. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Consulting Operations at Press Ganey since October 2015, Erika has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Analyst. Prior to Press Ganey, Erika held positions at Soyring Consulting as a Finance Analyst and at Fidelity National Information Services as a Staff Accountant II. Additionally, Erika has a background in music, performing as Lead Vocalist for The First Ladies of Country Music and the Tailspin Band. Erika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an Associate's Degree in Biblical Studies from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, where education was completed in December 2008.
