Ike Yancey

Ike Yancey is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Human Experience at Press Ganey since March 2018, and as Regional Director of Patient Experience at HealthStream since June 2016. With a background focused on performance improvement, patient experience solutions, and physician engagement, Ike has extensive experience in managing patient improvement coaching and consulting efforts. Previously, Ike held the role of Director of Strategic Partner Development at ABILITY Network, where responsibilities included account management and business development within the healthcare landscape. Prior to that, as Senior Account Executive at Gateway EDI, Ike focused on revenue generation and relationship management with Premier Vendor Partners. Ike earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1998 and 2000.
