Jacque Harper

Jacque Harper is a seasoned User Experience Architect and Researcher at Press Ganey since February 2020, specializing in user experience design and research for data reporting tools and client management. As the founder of the Chicago Bass Ensemble, Jacque combines a passion for music with a professional background that includes roles at Strive Consulting, Caxy Interactive, the Kellogg School of Management, Pathfinder Software, Cars.com, Heidrick & Struggles, and UOP LLC. A Master of Music graduate from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Carleton College, Jacque has cultivated expertise in user research, visual design, and agile methodologies throughout the career.
